Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $99+.

  • All orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California via USPS or UPS. Our system automatically selects the carrier based on your delivery address.

  • We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (no shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations).

Returns

  • Please keep the original packaging in case you need to make a return.

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged, or defective), we cover the return shipping.

Restocking Fee (Customer-Initiated Returns)

For returns within the 30-day window that are not due to our error, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Examples include:

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Changed your mind

  • No longer needed

Refund Timing

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Orders with Free Shipping

  • If you return an item that originally shipped for free for reasons not due to our error, we will deduct our actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.

  • This deduction does not apply to items returned because they were damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  3. Please allow us to address any concerns—we aim to resolve returns quickly and fairly.

Notes & Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
